Book an appointment Krista Gatti is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Ontario. Krista is a member of Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service workers. She obtained her bachelor degree from The University of Manitoba and obtained her Masters of Social Work from the University of Windsor. Krista Gatti has a certificate in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
Krista started her career by providing support to individuals struggling with life challenges. She has experience working with a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, grief, separation, and self-esteem.
Krista is trained in Self-compassion, Mindfulness, Grounding Techniques, DBT, Brainspotting, Reiki and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Krista's approach uses a unique blend of evidence-based modalities to fit the individual needs of the patients she works with. She views mental health as a part of life that we all experience over the course of a life span. Krista uses an empathetic and non-judgmental approach in order to ensure the patients she works with feel safe.
Krista enjoys working with individuals with concerns related to any life challenges they experience that impacts their well-being.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and taking them fishing with her.
Chantelle Smith is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Ontario. Chantelle is a member of the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Chantelle completed her Bachelor Degree of Social Work from the University of Windsor and then completed her Masters Degree of Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
She also has her diploma in Child and Youth Care from St. Clair College.
Chantelle has been in the field for over 23 yrs. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, separation, trauma and also various mental health diagnoses. Chantelle uses an eclectic approach in therapy recognizing there is no one size fits all.
Chantelle has certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Brain Spotting and training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Grief/Loss, Parenting, Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems and Reiki.
Chantelle believes mental health is just as important as physical health and focuses on providing compassion, empathy and support to all of her clients so they can have a safe space to work on themselves.
In her free time Chantelle likes spending time outdoors.

Becca
is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Social Service
Worker. Becca completed her Masters in Arts and Counselling with
Yorkville University, bachelor's degree from the University of
Windsor, and Social Service Worker with St. Clair College. In Becca's
practice she utilizes a very person-centered focus working
with individuals where they are at. More specifically,
evidence-based practices including Brainspotting, Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused, strengths-based
approaches, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and Gestalt’s
therapy. Becca has experience working in many areas including
substance use, abuse, complex trauma, posttraumatic stress disorders,
and many more. Outside of work, Becca spends her time with her dogs
and being outdoors. Becca looks forward to working with you!

Gabriella Krystia is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario.
Gabriella is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social
Service Workers. She obtained her bachelors degree from The University of
Windsor in Social Work combined with Women and Gender Studies.
Gabriella has experience working in several areas including
anxiety, depression, substance use, and abuse.
Gabriella believes you are the own expert of your life and she uses
a supportive and validating approach to help build a safe space to discuss all
of life struggles and support you in finding ways to effectively cope.

Kyra
is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of
Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Her academic
background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the
University of Windsor and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from
Yorkville University. She has experience working with adolescents,
young adults, and adults with various
issues including general and social anxiety, depression, grief,
trauma, OCD, and more.
Kyra
strives to create an environment where you feel comfortable being
yourself and exploring your identity. She employs person-centred and
trauma-informed methods, taking an integrative and holistic approach
that incorporates skills from CBT, DBT, IFS, and other therapeutic
approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs. Her method,
however, goes beyond simply treating symptoms; it also focuses on
cultivating a deep sense of self-awareness and growth.

takes an evidence-based, holistic, and intuitive approach to custom
aromatherapy, using essential oils to create personalized treatments.
After experiencing burnout during her 20-year nursing career, she
became dedicated to supporting women—especially those in caregiving
roles—to feel understood and valued. With deep empathy for
individuals facing prolonged stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, Laura is
passionate about supporting the nervous system to promote optimal
health. She is also trained in The M-Technique®, a gentle hands-on
treatment that quickly brings deep, restorative relaxation, similar
to meditation. Paired with the emotional healing benefits of
aromatherapy, these two modalities form her signature offering,
called Aromatic
Relaxation.
